I was Making anims at PIVOT simply cause i was bored, i found that program and started making shit, then i was on youtube and i found Hyun's One vs. Many, i REALLY liked that, I got inspired, I went on, searching MOAR anims, i was filled with inspirational spirit, and so my dad got me flash,
i like pivot and what i really want to animate is me as a pirate assassin(you know,like from assassins creed.)and killing every stickpage member i despise.I despise everyone except 2-d and shadow tears.
the first time i saw pivot i looked like "OOOH BOY THAT'S FREAKING AWESOME!!!" , it was 3 or 4 years ago...i were really shitty,now thanks to you and FA, i started learning flash and....well here i am...
I remember seeing Fl vs Terantula 2 years ago on FA portal , I was like is it possible to do that with Pivot ? no way dawgggzzzz, then i discovered FA forum 3 weeks later,and after that ,there have been a lot of pause,really long pause u_u
i discovered flash in my 10th grade web design class. i realize i could make my own actions with this program. what intensified my wants more was seeing all those awesome animations by veteran animators. the possibilities possible with flash was just overwhelming and i could not wait to be able to do all of it.
I was introduced to stick animation by watching Kixx's BSE animations.
I later asked him is it abgroup and how to I join,he told me about FA and stick animation.
I already had Flash 8 from Sprite animation so I just started stick animating.
And the rest is history.
Originally, I was planning on being a game designer, coding games n' such but always having to rely on sprite sheets and editing them myself to actually animate.
So, after asking the community I was in that was used for gaming (I wish I remember the name but it's lost to me now) if anyone there could teach me animation, they pretty much all responded that they had animators do their work for them and the fact that animators were in high demand for their games.
So I had the brilliant idea of trying to learn animation myself. I wanted to do the most simple form of animation until I learned higher and maybe learned to draw, so I did stick figures. Found SPP, asked the community I was with about it and they said it was a horrible place for new guys (3 years ago or so?).
So I searched up sites and found FA, been animating since then.
i used to do pivot and discovered some dude on YouTube who uses pivot then one day i saw hyuns 1 vs many so after i found kixxs bse and i thought this guy is like a cat version of death the kid and i wanted to know how he made cause i was smart enough to know it was not pivot some guy gave me a speech-__- and told it was flash i downloaded the trial loved it but it was to hard for me too understand then i found cs3 and tried it so after i got use to it i got it and here i am now
I only really animate tests or collab parts - I don't have an RHG, nor do I want one - I just have a simple goal for what I want to do and I immediately start animating. The full idea follows soon after. If I don't think this is going the way I want it to be, I put it aside and try to come up with another idea. Cycle continues.
