Hi, i am looking for a preloader for over 3 days now. Ive looked at every post about as3 preloaders on the forum... and all of them give me errors.:confused:
So i was wondering if someone could tell me step by step on how to make a preloader with text only.
Like, make it go from 0% to 100% and then click anywhere to play.

If anyone could show me that. Would be great!

If all the AS3 tutorials are giving you errors it might be worth trying an AS2 preloader. It's so easy to have clicked the wrong one by mistake when you start off.

but is there anyway to convert an as3 animation to as2 ? i havent done any coding to the animation btw.

You might be able to just select all the frames, copy and paste.
