pretty neat! Tho I think the enemies should get stunned once you attack them, otherwise it would be really hard to survive big waves of enemies

Healing, no. As for defending, sort of. If you want, you can make them have some sort of defense while they are moving or before they attack or something like that. For example, a knight with a shield might have it raised while slowly approaching, and then lower it to attack. Keep in mind though that an enemy like that should have a long recovery time being defenseless after the attack, so the player can get some hits in.
For multiple attacks, also sort of. It would have to be like a combo. An enemy could attack twice quickly, but, again, have a longer recovery time to make up for having more attack power.
