Before I quit I would tween everything. Mostly for smoke. But yeah, lazy tweening for the win.

tweening is very helpful, in everything, but it's a bit tricky to use to animate the actual stick in motion.

You will also see this in his next 3 animations. I never knew it possible to tween everything. But I was incredibly wrong.

I personally hate tweening (I prefer frame-by-frame), but I guess we all have our opinions.

tweening everything can suck sometimes, because if something is too smooth you can lose emphasis on hits or fast movements.
but yeah, tweens are nice

I like tweening best for cinematic angles and slow-motion, but with regular 2D fighting it seems like it's more trouble than it's worth.
