Paint manipulation.
Can obtain any color and use it.
Can camouflage himself.
Can create anything with paint.
The paint isn't exactly paint. He just calls it that. It's actually a substance that he can create from thin air, it can be whatever he wants it to be (A wall, fire, glass). But it takes about 15 seconds for the 'paint' to dry into the (solid) material that he wants it to be (not for liquids and fire).
He can also control regular paint, which belive it or not is more powerful than the one he creates.
He can make himself into paint, being able to transform into anything he wishes.
He can also use his OWN blood as paint, when running low on energy. It is very risky, he is unconcious while he does it, due to the lack of blood in his body but he can also die if he bleeds out completely.
Story
One day Maus was walking trough a forest, it was raining and the sun was shining at the same time. Right where he stood a rainbow appeared. He suddenly had magical powers to create anything out of his imagination, with PAINT!
Personality
He kidds around too much, but sometimes he is very serious.
