A bit choppy. Turn the framerate up a tad, and add more frames inbetween the ones you already have, to add smoother transitions. Other than that, the cosmetic side is really good. I like how it turned out. Good job, and keep it up (:

There could also be a smoother transition betweem white and red filling.

I also remember them being called particle effects not pixel effects...

But thinking about it, you can call them whatever the hell you want! :D
