I'm not good with science.

Science fanatics: thoughts? His science seems pretty irrefutable to me.

of course it does, thats what he wants, so you'll buy his books shown the video.
its just some fag that is overanalyzing some baby skull or some shit. there aren't any alien human hybrids. we can't even produce with other organisms on earth, why would we be able to with creatures developed on another planet

edit: (from DNA testing) "conclusive evidence that the child was not only human (and male), but both of his parents must have been human as well, for each must have contributed one of the human sex chromosomes."

what about the FOXP2 gene? Apparently in that skull it is so different to humans that it could not be the same creature. Also, what about the fact that the skull is completely different in terms of its looks? i.e. no eyebrows, different shaped mouth etc etc, that combined with the teeth indicating old age should show that it's not human because an old human couldn't survive with a skull like that.

Moreso playing the devil's advocate here, I'm highly skeptical.

He repeatedly says "the gene is 2,594 base pairs long".

Not quite, it actually has 607,463 base pairs. That alone makes it hard to take him seriously. The FOXP2 gene is also nuclear DNA, which degrades fairly quickly, so it's not exactly surprising to see variation in a 900 year old sample that's been in the possession of several families and exposed to all kinds of organic matter.

This really has nothing to do with science. Pye is looking for a specific conclusion and bending whatever evidence he can find to support it, instead of going where the evidence logically leads. He finds gaps in information and decides that supports an alien explanation, which is ridiculous. The fact that no official studies or reports have been released by a credible lab or geneticist makes it even harder to believe.

Also another thing that is important to note is that historically, body modification has been a big part of many cultures. Some cultures bind the heads of infants to make them more beautiful according to their standards, which can result in some quite strange skull shapes after death. While this particular example is probably not something of the sort, it is good to remember that these things happen, for future reference the next time a greedy con artist decides to sell some book about aliens cumming in girls and giving them weirdo babies.

He seems to believe more in exogenesis than the idea that aliens somehow breeded with one human female 900 years ago.

Not to say that explanation makes any more sense, but it's the difference between an outright impossible belief and a retarded one.
