well its smooth, but the moves look wierd and unreal, and the doge of the red stick looks unclear . but
you made it in one hour so maybe its rushed or sth .

one hour ? good but movement is look unreal and wierd but i like your smoke effect

Oh thanks, and if you didn't notice there is a blur effect right before the punch, if that's the part that's unclear.
