Create an RHG you say, alright:

First, you visit this page if you haven't already: http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?33615-Starting-Your-RHG

Next, click on that RHG Characters page. Click post new thread and then make your RHG
Remember: You have to have all the essentials before making the RHG like a demo, a picture and a story, as well as abilities and weaknesses.

Click submit, then you're done!
