Exactly the same thing happened with my account.
I still have the stuff bought from the armoury, and extra points bu the moment I cancelled the automatic payment (through paypal website) I lost access to chaos.

I had that once too.
I waited and waited with a full 80 population army, knowing I was capped by the enemy was building up to match me. I wanted the spawn 2 to counter his advantage of walls and castle archer, but it just didnt come....
Eventually I attacked without it, and got my ass handed back to me.

That's what happened to me too

what the? I started a stick empire battle,when the match started,after like 5 seconds,something came up to my screen saying something about the battle not counting as win nor loss,then,I clicked "OKAY" and it sent me to the upgrades section of stick war II....Then,I clicked continue,and was on the ''west wind'' level,and I saved at the 'Deads'.
I nearly flipped off my chair and jumped out the window behind me.

There is a bug/exploit that some people are using, when the statue falls, pause the game.
About 50-50 to cause a lag out for the opponent.

An expoliter called Malbence used this and was very open to me about his deliberate attempts to do so.
He said he was taught it by someone in the top 20 too :(

Apparently, it works better under some conditions than others, which I wont identify on open forum as we dont want to encourage it
