When you fire the little flash that comes out select that and make it a symbol then use glow and blur makes it realistic.

I hate when someone tries to take something made for something else and use it in another entry
1. Just because you are good does not mean nothing if you can't make a simple tryout to get in.
2. That shows that you are too lazy to even make something new.
3. Meaning that you probably wont be one of the people who finish weeklies on time.

This page has gotten a lot of attention since I left for work this morning.
Laziness and notable inactivity will not get you into this clan, regardless of how good you are. Nate and I (all the current members for that matter) are going to take time and weigh the competition carefully for this last position. Be sure to make quality tryouts and avoid taking shortcuts.
With that out of the way, I'd like to clear up some confusion. I never promised anyone a position, nor did I recommend they try out. I believe if that is necessary in order for someone to join, they lack incentive.

Introducing the NEW "Clan Penalty System".
It's simple. Every clan member is in the "Green Zone" Currently.
If you don't do a weekly in time. You're in the "Red Zone". Then you have two options.
1.) Complete next week's Weekly, and return to the "Green Zone".
2.) Neglect next week's Weekly, and you're OUT of the clan. No exceptions.
(Unless it's emergency related. People have lives.)
That is all. Dismissed.
