The weapon he mimics is not as strong or powerful as the original.

Story
Code named "Bozon" by the government this fugitive is wanted for the study of his powers. The government plans on harvesting his powers to develop new weaponry. To escape government officials he has a secret life as a ordinary pizza delivery boy to mask his true identity. He got bored of always having to be a pizza boy delivery and not being able to use his powers so he decided to fight as an rhg.
