Respect is not something given. It is something earned. Making multiple clans and finally deciding to just gather up all the noobs that haven't realized how big of a joke he is is not a respectable thing to do. As well, he does not show any respect to anyone else. He takes one insult from someone and automatically assumes that person is an enemy. Therefore, he has not earned.
