Name: Captain Barben

Captain Barben joined the Marine Corps. as a corporal due to high scores during his training. He has been demoted as well as promoted for extreme orders during combat. In this operation captain Barbam has been hand picked to lead this investigation.

Name: Talon A. Lowrey

Talon grew up as an orphan in a space station orbiting around a battle scared planet known as planet C. When he was 13, the space station was under attack by bandits. Seeing his home was in chaos, he found a mounted gun that was unmanned. Seeing this opportunity he ran to the gun and started to shoot the enemies that boarded. Quickly the bandits fled, but as the were retreating, one of the enemies tried to catch Talon by surprise by stabbing him in the back. Talon saw the bandit before he could act and dodged the knife, but was slashed in the right eye trying to escape. The bandit was then killed by his best friend who was also rushing the enemy back. Together they wanted to rid the system of pirates and marauders. So they joined the ULMC at the age of 17.

Name: Hollberg

Hollberg was raised into the ULMC by his brother who was currently serving. Hollberg grew up to be a Marksman and close quarter combat. While he was on board with his brother at the age 19, they both got concerned with their squad waiting for extraction. While his brother was trying to set the beacon, he was shot by a sniper two times above the waist. When they escaped 10 minutes later his brother died of blood loss. Since then Hollberg was extremely modest and always tried to find time for solitude.

Name: Linford

Most of Linford's history is unknown and hard to understand. He showed up at the recruiting office with no expression no emotion. He just wanted to join to, "find purpose". Like many things we don't understand his intentions are unknown.

Name: Cosgriff

Cosgriff was born in a colony that manly traded and farmed valuable resources. He worked as a harvester gathering food supplies for the colony, as did his two brothers and younger sister. when he became the age of 18 he was visited by a recruiter for the ULMC. He was told that his name was drafted by his father, (who was a fleet commander of the ULMC Intergalactic navy). Ever since leaving home, he still hasn't forgiven his father.

Name: Tingey

Tingey joined the ULMC at the age of 19, Only to be the best demolitions expert the training facility has ever seen in years. His efforts always strive for excellence in every exercise and academic progress. He also has an interest with trying new things, he shows this by experimenting with charges and pyrotechnics. although many of them have failed, he still never stops his drive to make his best creation, "Bell." After many burns and bruises later, hes still not sure its ready anytime soon.

STORY LINE

A science vessel has been sent to retrieve a valuable discovery found in a derelict ship near an uncharted planet. It's been days since they heard back from the recovery team. So the organization known as IPA (Investigation of Planetary Anomaly) sent the ULMC (United Legions Marine Corps.) to investigate their ominous disappearance.

This Story was originally created by my good friend Ty Hollberg who storyboarded and created all of the original characters, weapons, concepts and main story line. He still works by my side to this day and we plan on making more episodes in the future.

I, Specked (Calvin Lowrey) was responsible for all the digital animation, drawings, sounds effects and other cool stuff.


BACKGROUND HISTORY

About 6 months ago Ty Hollberg developed an original story and confronted his ideas to me. We agreed to make a full length animation based completely from his concepts, thus "The Forgotten Legion" was official born and production began the next day. About 1 month of hard work later about 50% of the movie had been story boarded and about 20% of the final animation had been completed, about 40 seconds of playtime. A few more months went by and production had significantly slowed, The Forgotten Legion was dieing. We later revived the animation and production was faster than ever, the trailer was released and the movie was about 50% completed and production has been continued ever since.
