Ice-related powers (anyone with the ability to freeze his atoms), and electricity.
About
Phaze was a scientist working on particle distortion technology. One day, after coming close to a breakthrough, Phaze stayed late at the lab. A custodian, not knowing Phaze was still in the lab, turned the power off and locked the doors. When Phaze's monitor shut off, Phaze decided to enter the testing area and manually adjust his invention. Though it was dangerous, Phaze knew it was worth it to bring particle distortion technology into the world. However, having forgot his wallet in the facility, the custodian re-entered the building and turned the power back on. The device lit up in Phaze's hands, and the unfinished product transfused every particle in Phaze's body into an individual entity, and destroyed all of Phaze's memories as well. A lost soul, Phaze now wanders the world, searching for a purpose.
