Actually fay has no choice in the matter you've issued a challenge you two should figure out the details. We don't back down from a fight. It's in the rules.

ya, you have made the rules and you have to follow it.
But its always KAY's choice to accept the challenge or not.
If he had not animated for a while it will effect the battle.
But when I challenged kegjgk for a battle he accepted it like a true warrior.
