I can't get xbox live because I don't have a wireless connector and my Ethernet cord isn't long enough to reach from my Xbox to my Modem/Router

Just by a really long one, they're really cheap.

And whatever you do don't buy a wireless adapter because your ethernet cord doesn't reach, the wireless adaptors work perfectly fine when you are close to your modem but put one wall between them and the connection gets shot to hell.

I can barely play TF2 and Halo 3 on a good day so it ruins most of my games.

I also have a modded xbox.. But it's Stealth Modded and same with the games.

I still don't wanna chance it though, just in case. But if I buy games that aren't burned can I play online without the chance of getting banned?

I do that, but it can never ****ing find my IP Address on my Xbox and if it finds my IP it doesn't pass the DNS test.

Pisses me off.
