He would probably be the best stick animator, but definitely not the best animator in general, there are those people that work at pixar, the guys who make anime, and as an example for an indie animator we have Sunny (I actually forgot his name) Kensei too, Breaking Rust was epic, and he would have improved by this time if he continued animating after Breaking Rust.

Also, Phil's gonna replace fLLFfL's arm with a sword, yes, thats right, a sword.
