how does anyone make an rhg pic using flash or paint?

it depends, if you prefere flash to make your pictures, then you use flash,
but if you prefere paint (not that good in my opinion) then you use paint

but some other people also use other programs, like photoshop or paintool sai

it is really your choice..

i think what he is trying to say is how to upload the image...if you use flash (i advice you with it) make your picture in one frame...then:
1.go to file 2.file again 3.go to fileize.com
