Personality: Goofy when you're goofy, serious when you're angry.
Abilities: Can do magic. He can get anything he wants from his hat. Good at close combats and long range combats (he can get a gun from his hat).
Weakness: If he lost his hat he can't get things he wanted. He might as well lose the fight because he's only good at close combats, not the best. He also had a phobia of water after what happened to his.
Story: He lives in the forest with his family as a kid. His family said that he needs to study, but he can't. He goes to school by riding a boat to another island. When the class was dismissed, he then rode the boat. Water starts to shake, huge waves came in. He fell on his boat and the boat crashed. Because of this, he went back to the island of where his school is. He is running because sunset is coming and there's no way he can get back to the island where he lives if there is. Running, then he slipped on a rock and fell to a swamp. He woke up on the land and he doesn't know what happened. Later, he saw a bright color in the dark. It was a fairy. It saved his life. They only appear to those it did something to them. Fairies give only a few people with powers. But there's a huge payback, to join the RHG.
