at the end, the movement was choppy, but at the end of the movement, it was smooth, the animation has to be smoothed as much as possible to make a better animation

The animation doesn't have to be as smooth as possible just as long as it looks fluid enough, I think this is pretty cool you should keep this style up. What I like the most is the cross hatch shadowing c:
Only thing I'd say to improve is to maybe add a few more frames in between frames, so the actions are most powerful.
