as the title suggests, this is about Stickpage and Fluidanims story (you don't say)

Today I asked myself, from how much time where these sites around? What moved the founders to bring these sites up? Who were the most important people in those times? Who remained and who left? Which were the mayor things that happened?

If someone can tell me these sites' history I'd be very gratefull

Ugghh... There has been do many "share your story threads" recently.
I liked the Stickpage videos.One day I dared click that strange little button labeled "FORUM". I made an account. I looked around and saw howw everyone was trolling and flaming eachother. I saw how horrible you'd be treated while you're new. I stayed.

well i am new ,very new to stick page that means i have to ask one of the eldersabout the history,but man did read my mind i was about to post that question. i hope we will know soon

I joined FA in 2010

I barely knew things about SP, for if we're talking about reasons, it's like: FA had the quality and SP had the visits, then they merged, to make the best animations and stuf like that

We had an entire thread full of notable events from our history before the hacker incident deleted it. Realistically there's too much to tell. We're talking about a forum which has had over a million posts in its time.

Here's what I know of Fluidanims history: Stone wanted to make his own website. So he did. None the more, none the less.

I you don't know the whole story, don't post what you think FA was, i think it's kinda offensive for some FA users to read "Stone made FA just cus he wanted to make a website" I don't want to type 20 lines of posts, but just to say that FA was wayyy more than a "website", there was a family that i can't find in SP yet, best community ever

In retrospect, though, it was a website, with a forum and a confusing portal.
