Well.... this's a huge problem for me, first of all i don't know what does "stiff" means.... I have an idea of what it is but not the exactly definition. Every time I post an animation everything looks good and I just get one criticism: The "X" movement was a little stiff

I just don't know how to fix that problem, I tried to make my anims look more dynamic add more force and movements in each combo, but nothing seems to change :I

Here're my recent anims, if you see some problem with them in any movementm that involves the stiffness please let me know..... and give me a tip of how to fix that, it's getting me angry xD

Stiffness in an animation i'm guess has something to do with the loseness and the freedom of your sticks. Freedom of their movements, Like for instance your RUSHED4 part was stiff because the black sitckfigure was very confined to one part of the area, He/She wasn't really free with its movements because of were it was most of the time... >_< I guess stiffness is a hard concept to grasp.

Hmm, stiffness in animation is kind of hard to explain, but I'll try anyway.

I'll use your RHG demo as an example. After Jade shoots her laser, she becomes kind of locked in place - she prepares the laser, moves forward and fires it, but there's little anticipation to her forward movement and little recoil after firing the laser. It doesn't look bad (I really like the laser itself .-.) but it doesn't look completely...natural. Jade moves from one pose to another, but doesn't prepare for the movement, so it looks mechanical. Does that sort of make sense? :S

Lol, at least I tried! :D

I'm sure you'll master it with more practice. Just watch someone who has a really fluid style and see how they set things up, like Flax or Mango or someone. :>

Hmmm the last pose in the new demo seemed kinda...unnatural in some way. Maybe yeah, add some small movement there.
And also, something apart from stiffness, I think the animation was a bit too fast because the first time I saw it, I could barely see those small cool stuffs you put into it compared to the time I saw it later fbf-ing. So..maybe put some inbetweens?
I dunno you decide :)
Overall it was epic, quite a good job on it!
