Abilities
His right hand is a cyborg. It is detachable. It has a long wire inside it that can grab anything that's far away from him (even his enemies; it doesn't stretch, it only detaches). His head is protected by metal, so it is strong and he always uses it for headbutt. He can also teleport, but it needs him time to do it.
Weaknesses
Water can make him lose control and hard hits on his right hand. Head isn't cyborg, it's metal so extreme fire or any hot things that can burn his head. And while he is doing that teleporting thingy (look at my demo) he can take damage.
Story
He is a scientist. He lost his arm after a car crash. He can't do things normally, because he's right-handed. He can't write, or even eat. People laughed and teased him because of his hand. He wanted to do a little offense to the people who laughed at him, so he made a plan. The plan was to make a robotic arm, making a whole new hand for him. The plan succeeded. He made a whole new arm, a lazy arm, where it has a wire that it can get anything away from him. He revenges to the people who laughed at him, especially people in the RHG. End.
