Caligula....3 hrs of some messed up stuff, great film though, just messed up. You will feel dirty after seeing it.

Brazil~ left me thinking for hours

Begotten. (Full movie right there.) It's an experimental horror film, full of symbolism with no dialogue or music and... well it's just very, very strange.

Honestly though I was never really into this kind of stuff. I just brought it up alot because I thought it had some crazy psychology that could be thought about. LIKE... why the fuck would someone feel compeled to make something so disturbingly horrid.

Also Human Centipede 2. I know that one guy mentioned Human Centipede, but the second one is infinitely worse.

Silent Hill. I hot nightmares from just the begining of it

Green elephant.
An open to interpretation movie, about 2 russian officers in military prison slowly losing their sanity.
Director gives no explanation what was this move about, a part from mentioning that in a way it was about friendship. There are different theories, which include: general society communications, interactions between different "layers" of social structure, second coming of the Christ... You get the picture.
On a side note: it is considered to be a rather amusing comedy in Russia.
