In an RHG, I'd say Mr. Red because fanboys suck on terks dick.

If they really were to fight and the winner would be determined by their abilities, I'd say Quickfeet because there's totally no way of knowing because they have the same power what the fuck.

My reasoning is the most logically sound.

mr red. not because I'm a fanboy, but because the character is really more powerful. quickfeet, he's just fast, but mr. red is also immensly strong.

Even though Quickfeet can move well over the speed of sound, Mr. Red has superior combat ability, and while his speed is inferior to QF, he derives his upper hand from his Chronokinesis and energy projection, as well as the afore mentioned martial art skill.

Winner is Mr. Red in my book.
