Basically, you have to do what I did to my beautiful avatar. Make it Halloween themed. Bonus points for creativity!
There may or may not be a special prize for having the best set, which will be decided on Halloween day. This will be decided by all of the mods who wish to vote for a best set, without being placed in the competition themselves. (No mods actually have to do this, I can make the decision myself. Muahahaha)
Extra bonus points will be awarded for making a matching signature that goes with the avatar.

You don't have to change your current avatar so that it's Halloween themed, but that's what I did, and I think that's what most people will do.
