There is one animator that most of newground would agree is the best...But I can't say the name...Just to dirty...Way too dirty....(No I am serious,The guy animated lots of style with ease in full body but they are adult stuff ).

If you're going for "the best" then you've got to look at industry...not newgrounds. Personally I love this shot by Lead Animator Shaun Kelly.
