Eh, not really. I like the way it is, but I would prefer it if there was a third race and you got to play 2 races for free, but had to use the membership for the third one.
You also gain 1300 empire coins for signing up your first month (and 300 each month). So in reality, you're only paying about $1.30 cents for the chaos race.
