Mkay Guys. I got extremely frustrated with this angle I was trying to do and quit on the template.
So here is the alternative I have thought of.

Team Aggressive-
Just make your guy rushing toward a large field of (grey) enemies. No specific grey

Team Infiltrator-
Make your guy inside some enemy base of your making pwning some greys, destroying some equipment, that kind of thing
After that Fight the boss for a little bit and get defeated. (Don't worry you will have revenge later)

And Team Defensive-
You just animate your guy defending the bases. Fighting for awhile. Displaying some skills

And After we do all this.

Final Plot-

Defensive would beat all greys coming towards them
Aggressive would blow a hole in enemy's base
Infiltrator would hold of boss for a little bit
Aggressive and Defensive shows up to back up Infiltrator

Everyone is beat except Leaders and Co-Leaders
And someone come up with a way to beat him
Bing, bang, boom, done

-Abilities-
He can copy his opponent's abilities.(He does not copy weaknesses)
Super speed and strength
He can summon more GREY minions


-Weaknesses-
He can only copy 1 opponent's abilities at a time

-Color-
Black

-Details-
Has 2 red horns (I will make the actual head for him)
