Nightmare

Original Name: Blake Soul

Abilities: Blake is very strong because he works out every day and his job is to move heavy things, so both make him stronger. Blake wields a large sword that is filled with air to allow it to stay the same size and still be able to be held. The sword has a very sharp blade and Blake sharpens it regularly to keep it so. He also carries a small knife he calls “Dagger” that has a three inch blade. Blake’s other “personality” is much stronger and feels almost no pain. Nightmare (his other personality) is made completely of darkness, blood and evil. Nightmare is ruthless and never gives up, making him harder to defeat. When Nightmare wields the sword, the sword is surrounded by blood and darkness, just like Nightmare, and it makes Nightmare even more vicious and ruthless.

Weaknesses: Nightmare is a curse on Blake that causes him to be ruthless and full of rage. When he becomes Nightmare, he would kill anyone and anything in his way, including his loved ones. Blake is weak against elements, firearms and bladed weapons, but Nightmare is not as weak against them as he. His sword is larger than most swords, so it is hard to hide or conceal and hard to maneuver fast. Nightmare is released when Blake is in anger. All Nightmare wants is to cause death and pain, and that definitely gets in the way and causes trouble.

Story: Blake started out his life as a normal kid with a dream to be a hero. His father was a general in the army and Blake looked up to his father as his #1 hero. As Blake grew older, he continued working to try to live up to his dream. Eventually, when he finished high school, he joined the police and very quickly ranked high as a Sheriff. But one day, there was a bank robbery. The criminals escaped into their cars and the cops drove after them in a cop chase. The police shot out the criminal’s tires and the car flipped. The criminals escaped the car after it crashed and they pulled out rifles and shotguns. Blake shot at them and so did his fellow cops. After some shooting, the criminals were dead, or so they thought. Blake approached the car, his Raging Bull in hand. He bent down to see if anyone was left in the car. Just then, a criminal rose from the back seat of the flipped car and shot Blake in the chest with his AK-47. Blake fell back in the pulled of blood from two of the criminals. The blood spilled into his wound. But he didn’t die from the other blood draining into his body instead, the blood changed him. He turned into a blood beast that was made of blood, darkness, and evil, all sourcing from the souls of the dead criminals. Now, when anger rises in Blake’s body, he becomes that evil, emotionless creature that he calls Nightmare. He retired from the police when he learned that he could not contain the anger and that Nightmare was too dangerous. He attempted to kill himself with a gun, but Nightmare wouldn’t allow it. Soon he learned to contain the anger more, but an evil, secret organization found out about Nightmare and they tried to kill him. To fight them off, he used a large, strong sword full of air that he eventually began to call “Dark Demon”. When the sword was wielded by Nightmare, the blood surrounded it and it became just as dangerous as Nightmare. Now, Blake, Nightmare, and Dark Demon fight together against evil and all that stands in the way.

Blake stepped out of the dirty, stench-filled, taxi and onto the street. He lugged his guitar case behind him that did not hold a guitar, but instead it held his sword. A large building stood in front of him. The building looked to be a coliseum or where Blake would go to see a concert. There was not one window on the entire building, and it was made completely of colored bricks and pillars holding the building up. Blake noticed the hidden doors that blended in perfectly with the wall. He pushed the doors open to see a jungle, yes, a real jungle was there inside the building. Sounds of animals and water and every sound Blake could imagine would be in a jungle were there and were louder than he could ever imagine. He noticed brightly colored birds and creatures moving around on the jungle floors and up in the trees. A voice boomed through the speakers and he listened as it spoke.
“Attention fighter” The voice began. “This is your first wRHG fight. Of course, this does not count as victory if you win, but rather if you win, you get to stay in wRHG. Your challenge is to defeat the armed fighter. Once you kill him or eliminate the threat, meaning you can hurt him enough so he is no longer a threat, then you will be allowed to stay. Now, the battle shall begin!”
Blake began through the jungle with Dark Demon in his right hand and he used his left to move vines and sticks in his way. Blake reached out to push one vine out of the way, and learned it was much more than a vine... It was a snake! Blake swung his sword around quickly and sliced it’s head clean off with just the one swing.
Someone clapped from a mere twenty feet away. Blake turned and saw a tall, bulky man with a baseball bat by his side. He was clapping sarcastically.
“Bravo, bravo. Now let’s see how that blade works against a human like me...” He smiled.
The armed combatant charged at Blake. Blake swung his sword and missed. The man hit Blake with his bat and it clashed against his knee. Blake laughed.
“Is that all you’ve got?” Blake said trying to contain his anger by laughing.
‘I can’t be Nightmare, not here, not now. I’ve gone too long without an “incident” for it all to go to shit now.’ Blake thought.
“Actually, that isn’t all I’ve got” The man said and pressed a button on his bat. The button seemed to trigger for nails to come out of the bat.
“Well that was unexpected.” Blake said and then decided that he had to win this fight, no matter what it would take. “But I have something MORE unexpected for you.”
Blake took off his shades. He let out the anger and immediately turned into Nightmare. The man winced and Nightmare approached him. Nightmare raised his sword and swung it directly at the man’s neck. The man ducked and attacked Nightmare. Nightmare grabbed him by the neck and began to choke him. He reached into his pocket and pulled out Dagger. Nightmare stabbed it in the man’s stomach and dropped the man. The man was dead, and Nightmare had taken down the threat. Blake was let out of the arena as soon as he no longer was Nightmare and was back to his normal self. They accepted him in wRHG and signed him into the roster.

Appearance: Blake is a tough looking guy. Scars fill his face and his arms and especially his chest. He has a buzz-cut and he has a recently shaven face, always. His arms are very large and so are his abs. Blake almost always wears his shades, and when he isn’t, you’re screwed. Nightmare has a hellish appearance and looks like he himself crawled out from hell. Blood surrounds his body and just by looking at him, you can see the evil and darkness in him. In Nightmare’s eyes, you can practically see the souls of all that he has claimed as victims.

Personality: Blake is brave and courageous. He fights for his own freedom and his right to live his life the way he wants too. Blake does not like to be reminded of the deaths and harm he has caused. He usually can contain Nightmare, but when he is too angry or he believes that it is right to use Nightmare at the moment, he becomes Nightmare and all hell breaks loose. Nightmare is an unstoppable force that destroys everything in its path, so even trying to convince him won’t work in attempting to stop him. Nightmare is ruthless and vicious and his personality is worse than the devil’s.
