its okay to challenge people while animating my fight with Pivot?
for example, to introduce my character pivot style, or to show my stickfigure look with pivot?

you can challenge anyone it does not matter who they are and its up to you how you introduce your character.

I've never seen a rule about it Koruma, so I'm not sure.

No, you have to include the fluidanim loading screen in your animation. A preloader is the loading screen you see in animations on stickpage or newgrounds. To do so you would need flash, so make your animationg, input the .gif file in flash, or input the individual images in frames on flash, and implant the preloader. Done.
