i have a fairly cheap wacom one, i have no idea what model though :p
but even though i got it 2 years ago, i still hardly use it...i still animate with the mouse O_o

if you want a good one for cheap, http://www.akadotretail.com and look for their Deleter XP-pen, they're about $100 and 4.5 inches x 6 inches. Even I got one =D

The cintiq's (sp?) are amazing but not worth the cost unless you will be using it for courses or plan on using it for a job or something like that.

If you want to buy a cheap and good tablet then buy Wacom Bamboo One. I have one and it is great also there comes a ''ArtRage 2'' program with it.
