That is so smooth!... i liked that, everything was tweened! isn't it a lot more work to do, and layer's to keep an eye on? :D

thanks a lot julermud :)
it is a bit harder to animate with shape tweens besides normal frame by frame, and it take bit longer to animate, also sometimes you can get confused on the layers, but when you get used to it is less confusing

The run was fucked up compared to everything else.
all the movements were amazing, but the run made it all look bad.
I think it's because of it being more stiff than everything else.
He also doesn't pull his back leg up far enough, his hands should've moved too.
Look at the run in this animation, I know it's made in pivot, but it's still a good example:

It should give you a good idea of what a good run looks like :)

Focus is really good animator, and I've known him for sooo long. I'm pretty sure he knows how to animate a simple run, it's just that lately, he's been using tweens so its pretty hard to get the tweens to co-operate

so smooth!

Hold on, you can do all of that with tweening?
I usually do my animations drawing each frame one by one, but this is much smoother compared to mine. How do you do it?!
