I have absolutely no idea why that was 1 star.
Obviously it wasn't the greatest animation, and the song wasn't too fitting, but i like where you were going with the concept of cartoon characters. I say finish it, or go again and try to make it a little neat-er.

Man now I'm thinking about making a serious tryout for IS but I obviously need a lot more practice so I'll wait a bit before making a part 2 but there will definitely be one
