Honestly, a co-leader doesn't really do shit. He just gets a higher vote than other members. In Balance, my co-leader just helped me with decisions. In SWISH, I was co-leader, and all I did was make the clan Youtube channel, and clan fileize. A co-leader is just a fancy name, and we don't need one. CaM is a good leader, and as he said, we can manage ourselves without him here (not that I want him gone) and we all have a equal say in things.

You make a circle, with pretty designs in it. Then make it a graphic/movie clip. Make it spin as a loop. (If it's a perfect circle it will loop correctly, to make a perfect circle, press O and hold shift when making the circle.)
That's all it is to it, but it's becoming really overused to me. .-.
[EDIT] Also, you can free transform it after the symbol is finished.
