Like Subzero said, the breasts look unrealistically large and are placed too low beneath the chest.
They're also oval shaped which looks weird.
And the neck is unusually thick and tall.
But still, it's well done, good job.

She has very "sausagey" fingers, they looks broken, as well as her whole hand all together. Her head is also very strangely shaped.

I'd hit that !!!
