How long have you been animating for?

I started off with Pivot 3 years ago (most likely 2009). Then I studied it for 2 years and moved on to Flash. It's my 1st year of animating in Flash.

i was animating in pivot for about 5 months sucking ass hard in 2011, then in 2012 i've found flash and ive been animating in flash for 7 months now.

I got Pivot when I was 10, started animating shit, and got better. When I got good enough, I jumped over to flash. So yeah, I've been animating in three years, and I still suck :1

um i think when i was 6 i used pivot until 10 i used flash now

My timeline for animating is a bit unusual.

I made my first animations in serif draw 7 many years ago, as well as some PowerPoint stuff.
I got taught how to use flash 4 years ago as part of a computing course but didn’t start animating till I found fluidanims around May last year.
In-between I did some stop motion shorts.

So basically I’ve been animating seriously for 1.2 years but have experimented several times prior.

From 08 to 09, I animated pivot very crudely and then I began animating in flash although I only started taking animation seriously on early 2011.

I used to be a big hit on the Nintendo Dsi For 3 to 4 years,But after awhile i got into the use of flash. So id say about 7 months
