The Magikill are locked when I start the game. How do I get them?

what you mean? you mean the turtorial? then of course it will not unlock.
if ya in battle with other players, maybe ya having a glitch, don't have enough population, gold, mana...depend.

Okay for tuts you can only use. Swordwraiths and archers and miners... If its locked in battle, apparently you don't have 500 gold and 500 mana.
