Quote from LeokillThe fact that he has promised a lot of shit, but hasn't delivered on his promises says to me that he's either incompetent, or he's a liar. Perhaps both.
sorry, I thought you said you were talking about his policies, not his personality. incompetency and deception aren't "policies", they're negative labels you're giving him without explanation.

Quote from LeokillThe fact that he has promised a lot of shit, but hasn't delivered on his promises says to me that he's either incompetent, or he's a liar. Perhaps both. After all, you can't be an honest politician in the current system if you want any kind of success.
What bothers me, is that his views regarding foreign/military policy are pretty similar to Romney's. America needs to chill with the weapons shit. Spending all that money on "keeping peace" everywhere is one of the things that's killing your economy. Also Obama supported the NDAA, which is a fucking terrible bill, that infringes human rights.
Quick, name at least three specific promises he has made, how he didn't fulfill them, and why he could have.

For one, I'm very glad that Obama won. Not that I think he's a perfect president, but that the very thought of Romney being the president of the US is just fucking horrifying.

I had the same reaction.
Like I should start watching my back because apparently half these motha fuckas think that's a good idea.
When I couldn't name a single person I knew off the top of my head who voted for him.

1. He didn't close Guantanamo Bay.
When Obama realized closing it was going to be difficult, he completely abandoned the idea. Now the prisoners have even less rights and Obama doesn't seem to have a problem with it.
2. Ending the wars.
Obama didn't even make an attempt to bring the troops back. Now he's pretty much embracing the bloated military with open arms.
3. Health care for all?
Obama's health care plan failed pretty hard. I hope he'll do better this time.
I feel like Obama doesn't have enough balls or determination to follow through with the things he promises. But then again, that's how it seems to go. Republicans are stupid and evil, libertarians are pussies.
That said, he's way better than Romney, but he could do better.
I already mentioned NDAA and my disagreement on his foreign/military policy. Also, it'd be nice if marijuana would be completely legalized and regulated like alcohol.

Oh well,I never really cared who won...Hope "The Boondocks" make some smart parody or something about this.

Quote from Leokill1. He didn't close Guantanamo Bay.
When Obama realized closing it was going to be difficult, he completely abandoned the idea. Now the prisoners have even less rights and Obama doesn't seem to have a problem with it.
He created a task force on his second day in office to review every detainee at Guantanamo and determine who can be prosecuted, released or relocated. They were making progress until congess (not Obama) attached stipulations to the NDAA that explicitly restricted the transfer of detainees from Guantanamo to the US or any other country.
He didn't have much of a choice, it had to be signed, but he said that he strongly opposes several provisions in the bill and he'll try to work with congress to overturn them.
Obama is still hoping to close it, but congressional opposition is making it extremely difficult. None of this means Obama doesn't give a shit about the prisoners, or that he "gave up" because it's too hard to do.
Quote from Leokill2. Ending the wars.
Obama didn't even make an attempt to bring the troops back. Now he's pretty much embracing the bloated military with open arms.
"On 22 June 2011 President Obama addressed the nation from the White House and announced that 10,000 troops would be withdrawn by the end of 2011 and an additional 23,000 troops will leave the country by the summer of 2012. He said the drawdown would continue “at a steady pace” until the United States handed over security to the Afghan authorities in 2014."
Also, I don't know if you've noticed, but the War in Iraq is over. So, I don't know what the fuck you're talking about.
Quote from Leokill3. Health care for all?
Obama's health care plan failed pretty hard. I hope he'll do better this time.
Compared to 2010, 3.6 million more Americans had health insurance in 2011. Independent projections expect that number to hit 30 million by 2014 when it's fully implemented.
Again, you're just saying shit without explaining yourself. The things you're saying are completely incorrect, like so many other people you're condemning a fake caricature of Obama that doesn't exist in reality.
