I've never seen an actual 3D movie in the cinema, but I have watched that Spykids 3D movie back in '05 I think and the head ache I got from watching that horrid piece of shit stayed with me for 2 days. I just don;t go to 3D movies because 1) obviously my head'll hurt, and 2) it's way too overpriced.
