Yes, I saw that pic, which is why I thought you did this with mouse.

I'm pretty impressed, though it's obvious you use reference since your other art isn't as varied.
Cnc I feel the coloring in the tablet one is pretty bland, no real expression, it's just...there. try to be exotic in hues and tints to make your art more interesting.
The second one, I like the cell chade style you have on there, but the amount of filters gives it too linear a view and personally ruins it in my eyes.
your value could use abit more expression as well, I can make out the depth, but just barely.

as some advice, try drawing things OTHER than bleach/ or without reference. it makes your art skills more adaptable.

Huh... Well, nice work. I'm actually somewhat impressed by the FX in the second picture. The captains look a bit simple, but very close to the actual manga. I assume you used heavy reference for them, yes?
The shading isn't strong enough, as the light and dark colors are too close to each other and don't have much flavor in terms of cool and hot color. Avoid using semi bland colors like that, or pure grey/white/black. Experiment and don't automatically go for the obvious one on the swatch.

Anyway, good job. It'd be interesting to see some original art from you.

The second one is what seem to impress me the most, the effects are quite nice, got no problems with that one
The first one lacks some other shading and has some bland-ish color it is obvious that you did use a reference but its still quite impressive, I guess you could of added more color to the gray BG, some kind of gradient maybe?

I'm still very impressed regardless
