Haha pretty cool idea, and I like the character design. Face has a pico style imo.

If I was to change anything, id say for when he hits the sack to exaggerate the poses a bit more, especially when he lifts the bat to swing. Draw a general line of action, then draw the rest of the body in relationship to that line. Also, unless your doing it already, break the body down into basic shapes first, then draw your final line over top of it, to keep from getting lost and loosing proportion or a sense of the form.

full body would be so much easier for me if i had a graphic tablet, which I plan to get. I'll have to stick with tacky tweens.

thanks for the comments guys! and thanks supranova! im going to work on that! im thinking of starting using keyframes! and then drawing in the rest of the frames after! this might help me to have more exaggerated moves since ill be able to pre-draw what i want the stance to look like before i animate it!
if you'll look closely, his body is actually slightly larger at the end then it was at the beginning. its not way to noticeable but thats definitely something ill need to work on! also... who is pico? lol
