Do you mean the tablet pressure sensitivity options? If you've seen them on a youtube tutorial video or something like that, it's because that person is using a pressure sensitive tablet. You will need one to get those options. If you already have one and it's just not showing on Flash for some reason, give us some more detail on exactly what happened or a screenshot or something like that.
