The second one was Photoshop, and the last one was done in Inkscape, which is a vector based program like illustrator.

Really nice digital pieces. Quite talented.
Edit: Just realized that wasn't worth your time ;) So i'll also add that I enjoyed your more detailed drawn looking ones a lot more than the typographic ones. But that could be a taste thing... Of course they're all very great. :) I hope to see more.
