Wacom are the best for animating 'cause they're made to hook up to your computer and act as an input device like a mouse. The other tablets you're talking about have a different function, they're meant to be a platform on their own. As such, they don't have the same tools and programs that a computer does, specifically they lack a Flash IDE.

That said, you CAN hook up the tablets as a touch-screen mouse to your computer or a secondary touch-screen monitor, and you CAN get a stylus for them, but it's not as advanced. You don't get the pressure sensitivity you do with Wacom, which kinda blows, but if you really want to go that route it's almost like having a very very rudimentary Cintiq.

Wacom makes the best graphic tablets because they act like a mouse or keyboard. No installation required. Although to access all features you have to install it

Other tablets like Android,Samsung,Galaxy,Coby,Lenovo arnt made for animating really..

Like Jeff said, Wacom connects to your computer so that you can use it like a mouse.
Wacom is pretty expensive, but its totally worth getting if you want to draw Full Body and other things.
Go to their website and check out the tablets, but the main tablet that everyone uses are called Cintiq.

A Cintiq by Wacom shows everything on your computer once you connect it. The Pen will work as your mouse so you can click on Macromedia, Photoshop, etc.
Those other tablets cant really connect to the computer and connect to anything on your computer that you use to draw with.
The advantage of Wacom tablets is the pen, because other tablets dont have a special pen that actually connects to the computer.

So if you have the money, get one of their Cintiq's.
Those other tablets are only good for personal use on the go for porn and whatnot :D

it can do a lot more than animate, you should really do research before you go asking for $1000-$2000 products.

Buy a Wacom Bamboo Pen, they're only about 50 quid and you can easily get them. They're easy to use and great for beginners. You don't need to buy a $1999 Cintiq if all you're going to do with it is animate.
