Can shrink to very small sizes and moves very quickly and silently when little.

He absolutely HATES ice, and despises the rich.

- About/Story:
Ever since the small guy was born, Lucky had been known for his toughness and Luck.
He was nick-named Lucky after he got seperated from his parents in World War 2, and LUCK-ly
he survived. He then lived alone in a deserted concrete building, where you can see him training in in his demo.
He now despises the rich since he is very poor, and strives to find food everyday. He joined as an RHG so he can beat up everyne, and after maybe go raid thier houses of food. XD

Those aren't really weaknesses if you ask me. What does 'despising the rich' have to do with fighting? And the fact that his only real weakness is that he hates ice makes him kinda overpowered, as there aren't a lot of RHGs with ice-related powers. Try to think of some better weaknesses.
