Yeah I know this sounds a bit dumb and childish and whatever of me to ask, but seriously, she actually hid it, for like 2 weeks already and maybe another 2, and I can't stand it. The old computer I'm using won't help me in anything. So anyone have suggestions besides digging through mom's room? (already done btw)

Man up and deal with your punishment like an adult. Trying to circumvent it will only make your mom angrier at you because it shows you haven't learned anything from the situation. If she hid it from you, chances are she had a good reason to. Reflect on those reasons and maybe you can prevent it from happening in the future by learning from your mistakes. You can also talk to your mom about the situation, apologize, and work with her to come to an agreement rather than being a big baby about it.

Do you help out around the house? Are your grades good?

If you're on the computer so much that you don't spend time on things that are important, then you should be doing that stuff instead of searching her room and enlisting your internet buddies to help you look for your laptop.

If you're generally responsible then I have no idea why she'd take it away from you. Talk to your mom and ask her like an adult why she cares how you spend your free time. She's not trying to piss you off, this is because of something you're doing, so figure out what you're doing wrong and work it out with her.
