Have I not told you not to put a poll on your art and animations? Some people will just click horrible just for laughs. Its a bad idea.
Anyway, the eyes look too dull, it needs more sharpness and dynamicness seen in anime eyes.
Maybe add some shading as well. Lastly, don't export your art as .jpg, always export as .png
