Good but needs work. I guess it's done in paint. Paint sucks for drawing,try something else.

Paint can only take you so far. I personally think Gimp is the best free software for drawing and editing. I use photoshop however.

Best drawing program would be SAI
But this art it's pretty well done considering you used paint :3

MyPaint also works very well. Just like SAI but free.
